Not accepting new clients
Ann has been working in the field of holistic psychotherapy and integrative healing for over 25 years. In this time she has done decades of clinical training and in-depth research into understanding the brain, nervous system, nutrition and lifestyle choices for optimal mental health. She started her career as an agency social worker helping homeless women and children in the San Francisco Bay Area and then transitioned to helping run large scale residential treatment facilities creating holistic programs in order to take their treatment to a new level. As a holistic psychotherapist and lifestyle coach Ann now works solely in private practice where she helps clients create more authentic lives through EMDR, somatic based trauma resolution therapies, meditation instruction and personalized lifestyle design.
Laura Bratton, Licensed Social Worker
Accepting New Clients
I work with clients to access their inner wisdom, helping them learn to tap into it and to recognize its constant presence. I help clients sort through the maladaptive patterns they've formed throughout their life, allowing them to step out of those and into their inner resource of calm and equanimity. I studied yoga in India before becoming a psychotherapist and often pull from yogic traditions as well as Buddhist philosophies.
I utilize parts work, EMDR, somatic techniques, and mindfulness to calm the nervous system, bringing in feelings of safety and ease. I also work with individuals experiencing challenges with intimacy, and couples experiencing challenges in their relationship.
